In the Spirit of Montreal itself, C2 is a dynamic fusion of commerce and creativity, where over 6,500 top business innovators and outside-the-box thinkers gather over three activity-filled days to brainstorm, challenge, inspire, and ultimately shape the future of business. Featuring masterclasses, hands-on workshops, and one-on-one networking, the conference also aims to unlock creativity with cutting-edge art and tech installations, and sometimes-unexpected live artistic performances.
Presented by the International Economic Forum of the Americas, the Conference of Montreal is a large-scale summit designed to bring together heads of state, leaders in the private sector, and the general public to encourage discussion at an international level on topics related to economic globalization. The covered playing field has a capacity of 10,000 people, and the Esplanade, at the foot of the stadium, offers a large outdoor space with a spectacular view of the world’s tallest leaning tower.
A 12-minute drive from downtown San Francisco, the Oakland Convention Center is one of the largest conference centers in the Bay Area, with over 100,000 square feet of exhibit, meeting rooms, and convention space. Its connection to the Oakland Marriott City Center hotel adds an extra element of convenience to any convention, and Oakland itself offers a wealth of cultural activities, incredible dining, and gorgeous views of the Bay, and, of course, the famous Golden Gate Bridge.
