Are bus tickets transferable?

Yes, tickets can be transferred from one person to another. Please make sure you provide or are provided with the ticket holder’s email, full name, and phone number.

Please note, riders will be checked in. Once a rider is checked in, his/her ticket is expired and no one else will be able to board using that ticket.

What do I need to bring to board the bus?

You just need yourself, your bus ticket (either printed or displayed on your phone), and your ID. Be sure to also bring along your event pass/wristband in order to enter event grounds!

I don’t see the departure time or location that I want.

You can simply hit the “Request a trip” button, and enter your preferred time and location as well as your contact information. You’ll be notified if the route is added!

ADA accessible shuttles are available upon request. Please email to let us know which event you're headed to as well as what date and time you'll be travelling with us, so we can arrange the right vehicle.

I’m headed to a camping festival. Will there be enough space on a school bus for my camping equipment?

Yes, there will be sufficient storage space for your camping gear! For festivals, there are reserved seats in the back of the bus for luggage. We also often use buses that have luggage compartments.

We're simply asking people to limit it to one large bag/suitcase, some camping equipment, and a cooler.

Can I drink on the bus on the way to Gillette Stadium?

Yes you can (provided you are 21 years old and over)! But please drink from cans. Drinking from glass bottles is not allowed for safety reasons.

When can I start tailgating at Gillette Stadium?

As indicated by the stadium’s official website, general parking lots usually open 4 hours before Patriots game Kickoff. Please note that there is no reserved tailgate area.

I want to bring tailgate gear with me to Gillette Stadium. Is there room on the bus?

Yes! Our shuttle to Gillette Stadium is a Coach bus, which means that there is Luggage storage space in which you can bring your beer, cooler, portable grill, foldable chair etc. Please limit your equipment to 3 large objects per person. Propane is not allowed on board, for safety reasons.

Do you provide a parking solution for my vehicle, near the bus pick-up site?

No, we don’t. Riders are responsible for finding secure parking in advance.
