Is there a minimum age requirement for renting a sprinter van?
Yes. The minimum age required to rent a sprinter van is 25.
What kind of driver's license do I need to rent a passenger van?
In Ontario, you can drive a vehicle for up to 11 passengers with a regular “G” glass license or equivalent. To carry 12-15 passengers, you must possess a B, C, E, or F Class license.
Does my passenger van rental come with insurance?
Yes. Two types of coverage are included in the passenger van rental package:

Liability Insurance
This covers any damage or injuries you may cause to someone else due to your fault or negligence up to the statutory limit of 1 million.

Collision Damage Waiver
This covers collision damage to the rental vehicle, regardless of who is at fault. The coverage comes with a $3000 deductible per occurrence.
Can I drive a sprinter van across provincial/national borders?
Yes, it is possible to drive our passenger vans across state and provincial borders, as well as across the Canada-U.S. border, provided that the sprinter van is returned to its original departure location.

How many passengers can fit inside a sprinter van?
In Ontario, the maximum is 11 passengers in a van. To carry 12-15, a driver must possess a B,C,E, or F class license.
Seating configurations vary by vehicle, so please indicate your passenger count at the time of booking. Larger groups may be interested in chauffeured school bus or coach bus rentals.
Is it difficult to drive a sprinter van?
No. If you can operate an average car or van, you can operate a sprinter van. Their compact size gives them an incredibly easy user experience.
What kind of mileage can I get out of a sprinter van?
Sprinter vans are known for their fuel efficiency. While each rental’s fuel efficiency will depend on variables like vehicle model, cargo load, road quality, weather, and speed, many sprinter vans can achieve around 22 litres per 100 km.
What is the mileage policy when renting a sprinter van?
In Ontario, 150 km per day is included in your passenger van rental. Additional kilometres are charged at a rate of $0.29 per kilometre.
What is your fuel policy?
We understand that refuelling your rental vehicle at the end of a trip can be an encumbrance. We only charge the market price for fuel if we need to refuel a van. We do not charge any premiums or administrative fees.
