Bus.com Announces New Board Member
The new independent board member will enhance the board's experience on Transit-as-a-Service.
Montreal, QC – Bus.com today announces Matt Cole as a new independent board member who will help support the company’s work to make communities strive, accessing new markets and increasing the collective operational know-how in high growth environments.

Matt is currently CEO and Group EVP of IDEMIA’s Public Security and Identity government business and prior to that he ran their commercial Secure Enterprise Transactions division for nearly two years. IDEMIA, the global leader of Augmented Identity, provides a trusted environment enabling citizens and consumers alike to perform their daily critical activities (such as pay, connect and travel). Prior to joining IDEMIA Matt spent roughly 17 years at Cubic Transportation Systems, the leading integrator of payment and information systems for public and private transportation authorities worldwide. During Matt’s time at Cubic he held several senior finance roles, ran their Asia-Pacific business, led Strategy and Business Development, and was President of CTS from 2015-2020. Throughout Matt’s career at Cubic he was instrumental in helping the company grow and secured over $4bn of contacts during his time as President.
Matt has also acted as Board Chairman of the World Trade Center San Diego’s Global Competitiveness Council and as a Visionary Advisory Board member for the San Diego Association of Governments.
Matt began his term with BUS.com on December 9th, 2021.
