In her new role Fahl will drive excellence in post booking support and delivery as the company continues to scale. Fahl and her team will deliver exceptional customer experience and enhance Bus.com's position as customers’ first choice for group travel.

Fahl joins from ShuttleBee, an award-winning company dedicated to safely coordinating transportation solutions for families and schools, as Founder and CEO she created an outstanding customer experience in student transportation. Prior to that, Fahl was a Vice President at Bank of America, where she led customer engagement campaigns. Fahl has over 20 years of experience and has led initiatives for Fortune 50 companies that covered Process Improvement, Workforce Development and Marketing.
