I finally crossed Dandylion off my list of restaurants to try 🤣! The restaurant is currently no.12 on @canadasbest100 restaurant list for 2018 and the menu is small with 9 dishes in total when I went in Aug. What’s on the menu is basically what you will see on the plate lol 😋. The overall meal was really good, albeit the prices 😶. The price for the appetizers were roughly the same as the mains (approx. $24-$30), though portions were pretty much the same 😅. Also, I have heard of mixed reviews regarding the service here so take that into consideration when you go. The service for me that night wasn’t the best but not the worst either lol 🤷🏻‍♀️. 🐟 Amberjack, Cauliflower, Shrimp Sauce ($30) – I usually have amberjack raw in sushi form so this was my first time seeing it on the menu as a cooked item 🤔. The preparation is similar to tuna and I actually prefer to have it this way, rather than the regular sushi/sashimi style lol 😅 🍽 Preserved Berry Tart, Pastry Cream ($13) – so so good 😍 — . . . . . . #HangryFoodies #torontolife #blogto #curiocitytoronto #dishedto #to_finest #tastetoronto #dailyfoodfeed #goodeats #hypefeast #bestfoodworld #buzzfeedfood #torontofood #tofoodies #starvingfoodseeker #fbcigers #lovetoronto #FeastON #culturetripfood #torontoblogger #toptorontorestaurants #topfoodnews #queenstreetwest #Canada100sBest #theartofplating #gastroart #myfujifilm

💪🏻EXERCISE LEVELS; progressions that can be done at home or the gym. I filmed this at home (obviously 😝) but this definitely doesn’t have to be a “home workout”. These are some super solid exercises I regularly incorporate into my weights days at the gym and that people often ask about options for 👊🏻. – More difficult or complicated moves are always built from nailing the basics 👌🏻. And often when you see people doing badass cool exercises, a lot of their training is comprised of reinforcing good technique with the basics. Also, more difficult is not always better! Pick a level that is appropriate for you where you can be challenged but complete quality reps and move on from there. – For back, I’m mos def at the second level still. Tucked levers still suuuuck for me 🙄. Working on my holds. One day I’ll comfortably do the single leg switches 🙆🏼‍♀️. The tris aren’t 3 levels per se; more like two and a third option. – For those who will inevitably ask about pistols😝, I have 2 vids of pistol progressions (let me know if you missed it and I’ll link it in my story). – Comfy af outfit from @ryderwear (Katiec10 is 10% off if ya happen to care). While the sets look mad cute, I honestly just wear the comfy things constantly 🙈#knowthyself. – 🎵Moksi & Chace – Lucky ft Yade Lauren
